He shouldn't open emails from people he don't know because it might be dangerous. He should ignore and delete it. He obviouslt shouldn't buy the medicine because if a medicine like this, really exist, the goverments would rather recommend it to the world.

We shoudn't reveal too much infornation about us on the internet. People can find us and harrss us easily.
